We are an employee-owned supported living organisation who specialise in providing bespoke packages of support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs who wish to live in the community in their own home. We support adults & young people with learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities, support with and positively respond to?people's behaviours.
We are looking to recruit?a Full-time Support Worker to work in Washington in the North-East, UK. This role will involve weekends, evenings & nights –
£13.60 ?per hour & £127.10 for sleep-ins, £10 enhancement per waking night, average annual salary of £31,000+

“I'm a woman with a learning disability and autism and I'm looking for a full-time member of staff to join my staff team, preferably a driver as I love to go out in my car to various locations for walks, swimming and visiting farms. I love trying new activities and visiting new places. I describe myself as a social butterfly. I also like music and sports, especially football. I'm kindhearted and friendly and would like you to be bubbly and friendly too.”
