As a Functional Assessor - Clinical Trainer, youll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of clinical professionals delivering Work Capability Assessments (WCA). Youll facilitate high-quality training through blended delivery-virtual, online, and in-person-while remaining connected to frontline practice through periodic assessments. What you'll do; Deliver engaging training to new clinicians, grounded in Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM). Facilitate learning across multiple platforms-including virtual classrooms and face-to-face delivery. Undertake Functional Assessments as required to ensure alignment between training and real-world practice. Support new Health Professionals to meet training outcomes, identifying early support requirements. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design, review, and enhance training materials. Maintain high-quality, timely documentation to support feedback and development. Provide expert clinical insight for Training Needs Analysis and wider service improvements. Essential Criteria; Current DWP Approval as a WCA Functional Assessor. Current HCPC or NMC registration with no restrictions.
