Disability Assessor Hybrid working model

PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE, 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK, full time during Training.

Location:Weston Super Mare
Start Date: Ongoing
Salary:£39,500 rising to £42,000 + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved
Contract: Full-Time and Part time

What youll do:

  • Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals daily activities
  • Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
  • Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
