What youll do:
- Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals functional capability
- Prepare detailed, evidence-based xbpsjku reports for decision-making
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist,
- Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
