Job Description
Location : Cleckheaton (20 minutes from Leeds, UK) – 2 days remote work
Contract : Permanent (CDI equivalent)
Start date : As soon as possible
Travel : Occasional travel depending on business needs

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Functional CAD Specialist to support our customers and contribute to service excellence.
Responsibilities
As a Functional CAD Specialist, you will act as a key interface between customers, technical teams, and product teams.
Functional Support & Incident Management
Analyse and qualify functional incidents Identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions Support users in resolving issues Escalate complex incidents when necessary
Customer Support & Configuration
Assist users in configuring the START solution Translate business needs into functional configurations Advise on best practices
Training & Documentation
Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site) Adapt training content to different user profiles Produce user guides and procedures
Continuous Improvement
Identify recurring issues Propose product and process improvements Contribute to service optimisation initiatives
Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience in a critical operational environment Experience with CAD or operational management systems is a plus
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of operational workflows Good knowledge of Windows environments SQL knowledge is a plus Ability to analyse and resolve incidents Experience with system configuration Training and documentation skills
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Analytical and structured mindset Ability to work in sensitive operational environments Autonomous with strong team spirit Organised with good prioritisation skills Curious and interested in technology
