We have an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Manager (Functional Skills), to work for one of the country's leading Educational Training Providers as part of HMPS. You will support the Education Manager with effective management of the curriculum of Functional Skills, ensuring the needs of learners are met, and as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for maximising contract performance, delivering quality provision and exceeding the expectations of partners and learners. Location: Rugby Salary: From £35,000 per annum (negotiable) Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered: A teaching qualification at Level 5 or above Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance or be willing to work towards Evidence of continuous professional development together with the ability to develop and manage an achievement-focussed team Working knowledge of Ofsted (EIF)
