We are working with an international law firm based in London for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Fund Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Fund Finance team, advising on a broad spectrum of debt finance transactions across funds finance (borrower and lender side). The lawyer will provide commercial advice on complex, cross-border financings.

The lawyer will work with a range of clients including financial institutions, alternative lenders, and fund sponsors across a variety of sectors including private equity, real estate, and infrastructure.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Strong background in fund finance law;
• Strong academics required;
• Technically excellent;
• Client-focused;
• Effective organisation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
