Fundraiser Hybrid Worksop, Nottinghamshire 36 hours per week (early Friday finish) £28,000 - £32000 per annumCharity Recruit is delighted to be supporting a well-established national health charity to appoint a Fundraiser as they invest in strengthening their income generation function.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser who is ready to take ownership of corporate partnerships, events and community fundraising activity. The organisation has grown significantly and is now looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, confidence and a proactive approach to developing sustainable income streams.Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Fundraising, you will play a key role in expanding corporate relationships, delivering engaging campaigns and driving supporter engagement across the UK.Key responsibilities:Developing and managing corporate partnerships and CSR opportunitiesPlanning, promoting and delivering fundraising events and challenge campaignsGrowing community fundraising initiatives and supporter engagementManaging relationships with supporters, fundraisers and volunteersMonitoring income performance, maintaining CRM records and reporting accuratelyAbout you:Proven experience in a fundraising role (essential)Experience within the charity / not-for-profit sector (desirable)A track record of generating income and meeting targetsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsOrganised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesConfident using CRM systems and IT platformsWhats on offer:36-hour working week with a 12:30pm finish on FridaysHybrid workingCompany pension schemeFree on-site parkingSupportive and collaborative working cultureThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a national charityIf youre looking for a role where your ideas will be valued and your contribution visible, wed love to hear from you.----------------------------------------About Charity RecruitCharity Recruit specialises exclusively in leadership and fundraising appointments within the UK charity and not-for-profit sector.
