Role The team is now looking for a Funds partner in London, likely with an existing network of contacts and a profile in the London market, who wants to help drive this practice area forward with a degree of autonomy. Technically you will need expertise in structuring, establishment and advice to VC and similar funds, even if this may sit within a more generalist funds skill set. There is some existing workflow that can be inherited by an incoming partner, but the firm ultimately needs business builders across its entire offering so it is important you can show a willingness to build, develop and deepen client relationships. Background & Culture Existing partners within this firm are highly regarded and ranked in the directories and, overall, the department has a loyal client base which continues to grow and prosper. All the necessary infrastructure is in place to accommodate a funds partner, including regulatory, tax, finance and corporate.
