Are you an experienced funds registration professional looking for a senior specialist role with ownership of client work and exposure to complex cross-border fund distribution?

This role sits within a leading Financial Services Group in a global law firm, supporting the registration and ongoing maintenance across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas and the Middle East.

You will manage your own portfolio of clients and be responsible for coordinating fund registrations across multiple jurisdictions. This includes preparing and submitting documentation, working with local counsel and service providers, managing translations, and ensuring regulatory filings and ongoing reporting obligations are completed accurately and on time.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for your matters, keeping everything on track and making sure processes run smoothly across different markets and stakeholders.

Alongside client work, you’ll support junior team members by sharing knowledge, helping with day-to-day queries, and contributing to consistent ways of working across the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys detailed, process-driven work in a fast-moving international environment, and who is confident working with clients and external advisers across different jurisdictions.

You’ll also get involved in improving processes and supporting wider team activity where needed.

This role would suit someone with solid experience in fund registration who is ready to take on more responsibility and ownership, without moving into a formal management position.

You would be joining a well-established global law firm with a strong financial services practice and a collaborative, international team.
