As a Funeral Service Operative you will be joining a prestigious directors based in Croydon. This role plays a vital part in ensuring funerals are conducted with dignity and precision, supporting families during some of the most important and sensitive moments of their lives.

As Funeral Service Operative your responsibilities will include:

Driving and bearing on funerals with professionalism, respect and attention to detail
Removing deceased respectfully from houses, nursing homes and mortuaries
Dressing deceased with care and dignity in preparation for family viewings
Delivering and collecting coffins and documentation, including airport collections where required
Participating in duty service according to rota, including out-of-hours support
Ensuring vehicles are cleaned daily and maintained to high standards
