We are looking for an individual with experience in sales (B2C) in furniture showrooms. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with new stores planned. Roles and Responsibilities
You will be the face of this relatively new and progressive brand Greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs and creating an unrivalled end-to-end experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond. You will be part of a dynamic team that is hungry for delivering on this customer experience. With industry-leading training, you will soon become an expert in all things interiors, world class service and will understand how to overdeliver on customer expectations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Must have experience in a face-to-face furniture sales/retail environment Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport Be confident and highly motivated Be someone who aims to be a consistent high achiever; preferably with a track record from previous employment
