Future Focused Mentor – Self-Employed Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for passionate professionals to support vulnerable young people in Norfolk. Location: Norfolk Pay: £15 – £25 per hour Contract: Freelance / Self-employed Schedule: Minimum 2 days per week, flexible up to 5 days depending on case availability Work Type: Term-time, in-person About the Role Are you passionate about helping young people build safer, more positive futures? As a Future Focused Mentor, you will deliver targeted 1:1 interventions that support engagement, wellbeing, and re-entry into education. You’ll work creatively and compassionately to help young people develop resilience, self-esteem, and positive life choices. You will work with young people who may be at risk of: • Exploitation or criminal involvement • School disengagement or exclusion • Online harm or unsafe relationships Key Responsibilities • Build strong, trusted relationships with young people and their families • Deliver engaging 1:1 mentoring sessions in community and education settings • Promote confidence, emotional regulation, and positive decision-making • Maintain detailed case records and professional reports • Uphold safeguarding policies at all times • Support sessions on Healthy Relationships, Online Safety, and Exploitation Awareness Person Specification Essential: • Ex...
