Fram is working with a financial services firm that is looking to engage with an FX Dealer to support the growth of its client portfolio and trading activity. The role is office based and combines business development, client management, and trade execution within a structured and regulated environment.

The position involves building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of prospective clients through research, outbound contact, and relationship building. This includes identifying suitable businesses for FX services, conducting telemarketing activity, attending meetings with decision makers, and progressing opportunities through to onboarding. There is responsibility for completing due diligence, supporting AML requirements, and ensuring accurate system input prior to trading activity.

Once clients are active, the role focuses on ongoing service delivery and relationship management. This includes maintaining regular contact with clients, responding to service requests, executing trades, and monitoring market movements to manage margins effectively. Accuracy in trade execution and payment instructions is essential, as is a consistent and professional approach to client communication.

This may appeal to someone with experience in FX sales or dealing who enjoys working in an office based environment and managing relationships over the long term. The firm will consider candidates from a range of sales backgrounds, although prior exposure to foreign exchange is preferred. Strong numeracy, confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, and the ability to build trust through consultative conversations will be important.
