Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead and motivate a site team to ensure day to day delivery of our programme, organising resource, plant and materials to deliver the works and undertake site management duties when required. You will be expected to set standards and act as a mentor to our less experienced team members.
You will need to be positive, enthusiastic and solution focussed, great at building and maintaining relationships and comfortable giving honest feedback. Technically you will have excellent Civil Engineering skills and experience in earthworks, drainage, structures and concreting as well as a sound understanding of safety expectations.

Due to the nature of our business, there is the potential to work weekends with our Rail division where enhanced weekend rates of pay are on offer.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
Experience in working in a civils construction business.
Experience in concrete finishing, paving and flagging
A full driving licence
Dumper and Roller Tickets
Excavator tickets would be advantageous
Valid CSCS card
SMSTS
Excellent communication and teamworking ability
The ability to engage with clients and build relationships.
