Full-time role responsible for maintaining gardens across a main residence in Highgate, North London and nearby secondary property (currently serviced by a team of 3–4 gardeners attending 2 mornings per week; secondary property visited once every 2 weeks), with potential additional small garden area
Key focus on consistent, high-quality upkeep of all outdoor spaces, including lawn care, planting, pruning, seasonal maintenance, and pond maintenance, as well as working alongside a Japanese garden specialist for that area
Preference for a single, dedicated individual to ensure continuity and familiarity with the garden (rather than a rotating team)
Additional duties include occasional handyman tasks and odd jobs around the house and garden as needed (no large or specialist works required)
Candidate should be practical, hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple areas independently
Salary TBD based on experience and scope
