We are seeking a someone from a technical background with experience within sustainability and compliance for a growing sportswear brand to support its design and supply chain teams. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in compliance within a product-led environment. This role is 5 days in their Glasgow head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance processes including documentation, testing, and audits

• Maintain accurate records and ensure products meet regulatory standards

• Assist with risk assessments and product testing

• Provide administrative support across the supply chain

• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in product compliance, quality, or a similar role

• Experience within sportswear or athleisure is highly desirable

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Confident communicator and collaborative team player
