About You:
Are you an experienced plumber/gas engineer with a passion for delivering a high quality, efficient and effective repairs service?
Can you complete repairs to various heating systems (gas, heat pumps and electrical)?
Do you have experience of working in tenanted homes and empty homes?
Areyou customer focused, asyoullbe liaising with customers daily, carrying out high quality repairs in their homes in a polite and professional manner?
Are you self-motivated and passionate about delivering right first time services to customers?
Are you Gas Safe registered with theappropriate qualifications(ACS Certificates, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1 or equivalent)?
In this crucial role, you will need to:
Champion the rights of our customers to enjoy a safe,warmandgood qualityhome
Be proud of the work you do, taking a proactive approach to delivering fantastic services
Have great Health & Safety awareness
Establish excellent working relationships with colleagues and contractors
Be computer literate or be willing to adopt to software-based systems after training
Have a valid UK driving license
Have personal values and an approach that align with ourWereMuir values
