Gas servicing, repairs, and breakdown work Boiler installations and upgrades (experience beneficial) CP12s / Landlord Safety Checks Diagnosing and fixing heating issues Ensuring all works adhere to gas safety regulations Providing excellent service to tenants

ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1) Experience within domestic or social housing settings Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Great communication and customer service Full UK Driving Licence
