We are currently looking for a Gas Engineer in Maidstone, Kent area working for well-established Housing Association . This is a permanent role, working on the responsive repairs team.
Role: Gas Engineer Location: Maidstone, Kent Salary: £38,000-£41,000
As the Gas Engineer you will be responsible for: Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region. Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards. Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work. To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
What the successful Gas Engineer will look like: Gas qualifications are essential for this role including as a minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
