The role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to work independently, and a high standard of compliance with current legislation and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems and appliancesComplete servicing, maintenance and reactive call-outsEnsure work is carried out safely, professionally and to regulatory standardsProvide excellent customer service to tenants and clientsMaintain accurate job records and compliance documentationRequired Qualifications & ExperienceACS Domestic Gas qualifications:CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1Energy Efficiency qualification (or willing to obtain)Asbestos Awareness certificate (training can be provided)Full UK driving licenceStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMinimum5 years experience preferredbut not essentialProven experience diagnosing faults on domestic gas heating systemsDesirablePrevious domestic repair experienceAdditional gas or renewable qualificationsStrong first-time fix rateJBRP1_UKTJ
