Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.\nThey have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Northampton area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Assocation contract.\nThe Role:\n * Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)\n * Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.\n * Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients\n * Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records\nRequirements:\n * 2 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer\n * Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.\n * ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1\n * Full UK Driving Licence\n * No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)\nThe Package:\n * 40 hours per week Monday to Friday\n * Overtime paid at hourly rate\n * Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.\n * Salary: £41,000 per annum\n * Out of Hours call out on rota basis.
