Purpose of the role We are now recruiting for a Gas Mobile Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a background in facilities maintenance, to support and manage a varied client portfolio. This role involves delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across a range of sites, including commercial office blocks, industrial units, retail environments, and student accommodation. Essential duties & responsibilities General Gas and HVAC plant maintenance Maintenance / repairs / on general gas kit, Unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site. Health and safety awareness. To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date. The Commercial Gas Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed. The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).
