Domestic Gas Engineer – South East London – £50k+ OTE
Location: South East London
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 Basic | OTE up to £70,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
A well-established property maintenance contractor is seeking a Domestic Gas Engineer to join their team covering South East London. This permanent role involves servicing, breakdowns, and repairs in occupied residential properties. It offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out domestic gas servicing and safety checks
* Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns
* Achieve first-time fix targets wherever possible
* Work safely in occupied residential properties
* Maintain accurate job records and documentation
* Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
* Valid ACS gas qualifications
* Experience with domestic servicing and breakdown work
* Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
