We are seeking tutors who can deliver high-quality, personalised GCSE tuition in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. The students we support often have Special Educational Needs (SEN), may be out of mainstream education, or require additional support to re-engage with learning. This role is both challenging and highly rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to vulnerable young people. Pay rates range from £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience and subject specialism. The ideal candidate will: Have experience teaching or tutoring at GCSE level Have proven experience supporting students with SEN (essential) Demonstrate strong behaviour management and differentiation skills Be confident delivering engaging, 1:1 personalised sessions Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one) Be reliable, patient, and committed Flexible hours are available, with ongoing opportunities.
