You will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance activities to a diverse customer base and deliver excellent customer service. Starting salary £30,632 rising to £32,245 on successful completion of 6 month probation period Fylde Coast 39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided Key must haves – full clean driving licence, experience in the built environment What you'll be doing You will undertake the correct diagnosis and method of responsive maintenance to achieve a ‘first time fix’ and outstanding customer satisfaction You will contribute to and use the criteria and scope for responsive repairs to maximise use of the available expenditure You will contribute to and use the relevant mobile working solution for job allocation, data transfer and collection You will adopt a flexible responsive maintenance service between the core working hours (currently Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm) and an out of h...
