General Builder

Full time general builder required to join a busy Leeds based Development company.
Duties and what we are looking for in a potential candidate -
Setting out for new builds.
Capable of building neat brickwork, blockwork, stonework.
Ground Works including drainage
Flagging and setting levels
Able to read and understand working drawings
Must take pride in work and keep work area tidy
Must be capable of working with others and be able to communicate
Driving licence required.
Able to drive plant would be beneficial but not essential.
Company van will be provided after 3 month probation period.
Working Hours - 7.30am - 17.00pm Monday - Thursday
7.30am - 16.00pm Friday.
Saturday works is available.
Company pension.
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
