Your new role As General Foreman, your responsibilities will include: Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour Planning daily and weekly works to achieve programme milestones Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety and quality procedures Managing permits, inspections and method statements (RAMS) Driving productivity, quality workmanship and site discipline Supporting a positive, collaborative and safety-first site culture.
