The Person The ideal General Manager will have: Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-quality, food-led environment (2 AA Rosette or similar) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing team A hands-on, floor-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service Experience managing high-volume, premium restaurants Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility Excellent organisational and communication skills A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality Flexibility to work across evenings and weekends If you are an experienced General Manager looking to take on a high-profile, food-led site in South West London, apply today!
