Working closely with the owner and Directors, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the hotel's future, including vison and commercial direction on the property.

Role Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on, inclusive leadership across all departments

What We're Looking For:
Genuine enthusiasm for F&B, hospitality, and events

Experience within boutique hotel operations, ideally in a similar environment

Strong communication skills and an adaptable, solutions-focused approach
