Commercially aware and strategic: work closely with a dynamic board team to grow the business. Deliver training at both operational and management level. Lead from the front and maintain all company paperwork, including health and safety/financial audits. Maintain an exceptional level of standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
