Our client is a main car dealership who is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused General Manager / Dealer principal to come on board with this ever growing team. The type of person we are looking for the role of General Manager will have excellent knowledge of:
Local business market
Dealership / franchise systems and procedures, and working practices at a Senior Management Level
The interpretation of Accounts
Identifying and delivering an excellent performance through your team
General Manager Requirements:
Previous experience at General Manager / Dealer Principal / Head of business role within a Main Dealer is essential
Proven track record in Dealership management
Excellent Leadership & performance management skills
Business & financial acumen
Planning and organising skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
A Full EU Driving Licence
Great Computer literacy
