A successful candidate would have at least 3 years experience in a similar business and the know how to work with the management to continue its achievements, looking to push the boundaries

Freedom to run the business Recruit their team Manage the menus, specials points of sale, drinks lists Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment Coordinate food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations Support in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs effectively Assist with staff scheduling, training programmes, and performance evaluations to optimise team productivity Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold high service standards
