The ideal candidate for General Manager:
Confident in stock management, budgeting, and full P&L control
Committed to training, developing, and retaining a high-performing team
Able to maintain exceptional standards while delivering quality food and an outstanding guest experience
Ensure store compliance with all health and safety regulations
Strong line-operations experience with a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
Experienced manager within a QSR or casual dining concept
A real foodie with a genuine passion for and understanding of the Manchester food scene
Obsessed with outstanding service, able to recruit the right people and deliver excellence through your team
Inspire and motivate teams, keeping them engaged and energised
