Roles/Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L and overall commercial performance of the hire division
  • Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins across the UK
  • Develop new business while expanding existing key accounts
  • Identify opportunities where hire solutions support customer operations and projects
  • Set pricing strategy and market positioning
  • Oversee fleet utilisation, availability, and deployment efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the hire offering


Qualifications

  • Background in a technical or engineering-led environment
  • Experience in solution-based or consultative sales
  • Strong commercial awareness, ideally with P&L or budget responsibility
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
