The General Manager Role:
Delivering exceptional service and an outstanding guest experience
Recruiting, training, and coaching both front and back-of-house teams
Managing the full day-to-day operation of the site
Driving sales and maximising profitability
Managing labour, stock, and operational costs in line with budget
Creating a positive, engaging culture where both team and guests feel valued
Taking full accountability for commercial performance and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong financial awareness and P&L management experience
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset
