The role: As General Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-volume, multi-faceted operation, ensuring consistently high standards across food, drink, service, and accommodation. You will be: A visible, hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and behind the bar A genuine host who enjoys engaging with guests and building strong community relationships Passionate about great food, drink & ensuring the highest standards of service & guest satisfaction Responsible for driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction Leading, motivating, and developing a large front and back-of-house team Overseeing all aspects of operations including service standards, stock control, and GP performance Delivering events and maximising revenue opportunities across food, drink, and rooms About you: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic operator with a strong hospitality background, ideally from: High-quality gastropubs Destination food-led pubs Busy, premium restaurant operations Independent or quality branded hospitality businesses A strong F & B background You will already be a General Manager ready for your next step into a full multi-revenue GM role with a strong high-volume experience.
