to take overall responsibility for the successful running of a high-quality care home in London. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will inspire your team, deliver exceptional resident care and services, and drive strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience in healthcare or long-term care, able to balance operational excellence with compassionate, person-centred care.
