£60,000–£70,000 + benefits

We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, multi-floor hospitality operation in Shoreditch comprising a Top 50 gastropub, an award-winning restaurant, and a private dining space. This is a significant leadership role overseeing a complex, high-volume business.

The operation delivers £100k+ per week and is supported by a strong senior team including 3 FOH managers and 4 BOH managers (including a Head Chef).

We are seeking a proven General Manager who can lead at scale.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience running a £100k+ per week site
• Leadership of a 50+ person team
• Oversight of an established management structure (multi-department FOH & BOH)
• Background across both pub-led/wet operations and restaurant environments
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (GPs, payroll, forecasting, reporting)
• Comfortable managing building compliance, H&S, licensing and standards

The Shape of the Role:

This is not a “hands-on every service” GM position.

The expectation is roughly:

• 3 days administrative / strategic focus
• 2 days service oversight

• Allows the team to execute day-to-day service with confidence

You will oversee:

• Full building operations
• PDR & events performance
• Reservations efficiencies
• Payroll, flash reporting and financial performance
• Recruitment, L&D and team culture
