General Manager – Members Wellness Concept (High-Profile Site)

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 basic + Bonus + Benefits

Are you a dynamic and experienced General Manager ready to lead a new premium Members Wellness site?

We’re seeking a driven, strategic yet hands-on leader to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, drive new & corporate membership growth, and deliver exceptional front-of-house experiences.

As the Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent and uphold our core values of wellness, community, and service excellence, ensuring the site operates at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations, team performance, and service delivery
• Lead front-of-house functions, ensuring a welcoming and efficient member experience
• Develop and manage new and corporate membership opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Work closely with the CEO to align operational delivery with strategic goals
• Champion brand values and represent the business externally
• Lead events, promotions & drive business growth & expansion by bringing new ideas and strategies to the table

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a General Manager role within the wellness, hospitality, or premium/luxury membership sector
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing membership and new business opportunities
• Exceptional leadership skills – able to inspire, manage, and motivate teams
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset, we are looking for someone who will treat this high-profile business as if it were their own
• Service-driven, with a passion for wellness and delivering excellence
• Great business developer! Able to drive sales & new membership acquisition through retention of existing clients & development of new corporate members
