The Ideal Candidate Were looking for a General Manager whos has the following skills and experience: A minimum of two years experience in a Michelin Star restaurant as General Manager. Someone who is service orientated and operations focused. WSET level 2. Must have tasting menu experience. Experience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactions. Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail. Must have been General Manager for at least two year. True passion for fine dining Detail focused. Manage VIP guests. lead and inspire the management team. A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a polished approach. Can do attitude and a strong lead.
