As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the launch and ongoing success of Primrose. You will shape the culture, build the team, and bring our purpose-led brand to life

every single day. ?? Key Responsibilities

Lead the full pre-opening and launch phase Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team Deliver outstanding guest experiences rooted in warmth and authenticity Drive commercial performance (P&L, cost control, revenue growth) Embed our social mission into daily operations Maintain exceptional standards across service, food, and environment Build strong local community relationships ?? Proven experience as a General Manager in a quality restaurant or café Strong background in openings (highly desirable) A natural leader who builds culture, not just teams Commercially sharp with a hands-on approach Passion for people, purpose, and hospitality with meaning Someone who believes hospitality can change lives ?
