This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to take full ownership of a multi-functional site, supported by two Assistant Managers. Key Information: ?? Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Tips ?? Contract: Permanent, Full-Time What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing the day-to-day operations across the restaurant, shop, and outdoor outlet Leading and mentoring a team including 2 Assistant Managers Driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence Managing budgets, rotas, stock control, and supplier relationships Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company standards Supporting and growing event and function business within the venue Working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience What We're Looking For: Proven General Manager or senior leadership experience in hospitality Strong hands-on operational skills across food, beverage, and retail Confident managing multi-revenue stream venues Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Personal licence holder preferred Why Join Us?
