A well-established neighbourhood pub in Sheffield thats at the heart of its community. This is a lively, high-turnover with a strong food and drink mix and a team that knows how to deliver when it gets busy.
A business that already has strong foundations. The kitchen is stable, the team is experienced and the site also benefits from aprivate function space used for parties, meetings and local events.
What it needs now is a confident leader who can run the floor, drive standards and keep the energy high.
What youll be doing?
Youll take full ownership of the site, leading from the front and keeping the operation running smoothly day to day.
Youll:
Run a high-volume pub with strong food and drink sales.
Lead, coach and develop a team of around 20 front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Keep standards high across service, food quality and guest experience.
Be visible on the floor during peak trading.
Drive sales through events, sport and community engagement.
Manage labour, stock and financial performance.
This is ahands-on GM role. The kind where you know your team, know your regulars and arent afraid to roll your sleeves up when its busy.
