Stirling Golf Club, founded in 1869 and set in the historic King’s Park beneath the iconic Stirling Castle, is one of Scotland’s most picturesque and prestigious member clubs. An R&A Qualifying and Scottish Golf Championship venue, the course—refined by James Braid and later Sir Henry Cotton—offers consistently superb playing conditions. With a full, engaged membership and a welcoming clubhouse at the heart of the community, the Club is ambitious for the future and now seeks a General Manager to help drive its continued success. Fostering a positive club culture Leading & developing the whole team Overseeing day-to-day operations across the whole club

The General Manager will operate within a supportive governance structure and be central to influencing the future direction and development at the club. Required Qualifications

A proven record in effectively managing a service-based organisation A thorough understanding of the operational and governance demands of a private members golf club An outgoing personality to positively influence the performance of others
