Lead all aspects of the estates hospitality operations Deliver an exceptional, ultra:luxury guest experience across all touchpoints Inspire, develop, and retain a high:performing leadership team Drive service standards that reflect the estates heritage and positioning Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and commercial strategy Collaborate closely with ownership on vision, growth, and brand positioning Ensure seamless delivery across accommodation, F and B, and events

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within ultra:luxury hospitality Background in leading complex, multi:outlet or estate:style operations Exceptional leadership presence with a hands:on, detail:driven approach Experience managing high:net:worth or UHNW clientele with discretion Commercially astute with strong financial and operational acumen A natural host with an instinct for elevated, personalised service
