Reporting into the Parent Company Main Board and working closely with the Head of Sales, you will assume full responsibility for the Business’ operational and administration departments. Leading a team spanning Warehouse/Logistics/Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance and Customer Services, you will develop & execute the Company’s business strategies; ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded whilst delivering better than budgeted cost performance.Of Graduate calibre, you will be able to demonstrate a successful Senior Management track record gained in a fast-paced, multi-product, B2B environment. Financially astute (costings, margin analysis etc.) & IT literate, you will possess the proven ability to negotiate effectively with Suppliers and Customers.
