About the pub The White Hart turns over £30,000 per week on a 20% (Wet), 20% (Dry), 60% (Rooms) basis. The pub has a separate restaurant area and pub, with three function rooms and 55 bedrooms. It accommodates 400 covers per week with expected growth in the function market. We ideally seek operators with hotel experience and a premium food background who are skilled in leading large operations that turn over £30,000 plus per week in sales. Responsibilities
