Role
Lead daily site operations to the highest standards, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient performance across all departments.
Keep wage budgets and financial targets on track, driving strong commercial results.
Maintain outstanding service and operational consistency through effective people leadership and attention to detail.
Coach, mentor, and develop your crew, building an engaged, capable, and motivated team.
Collaborate across departments to achieve key performance goals and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
Monitor health, safety, and food standards to ensure full compliance and protect the venue's reputation.
Proactively identify new revenue streams and opportunities for improvement.
Promote an inclusive, supportive, and high-performance working culture where every team member feels valued.

NB- This is a Full-time position with flexibility required to work evenings and weekends (typically one in three weekends off).
