Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of pub operations, including staff management, service delivery, and customer satisfaction

Oversee stock management, ordering, and deliveries

Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high food standards

Develop daytime trade and help grow the dry side of the business

Engage with the local community to increase visibility and customer loyalty

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain efficient operational processes

Requirements
Proven experience managing a pub or hospitality venue

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Passion for delivering excellent food and drink experiences

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and 1 weekend off in 4
